Nicholas=Awesome-Sauce! Nicholas is a fantastic Team Lead in the Family Services Program. He always walks in with a giant smile, upbeat demeanor, and heart-warming laugh. He has been going above and beyond to help out his team, and exhales positivity. He embodies all the energetic principles and values PTC holds dear. You rock Nicholas!
Taalibah Qatadah AsSiddiq

Taalibah is November’s employee of the month and certainly deserves it! She has continued to set the bar in terms of excellent communication and a passion to care for our clients. Her positive attitude is certainly contagious as well as always being happy to help a site in need. Our SLP community has certainly flourished due to the caring nature of staff such as Taalibah. Congratulations Taalibah; PTC is grateful to have you as an employee and we look forward to a bright future together.

Keng is reliable, compassionate, and most of all, patient. He goes out of his way to support his individuals and meet them were they are at, not where everyone wants them to be. The teams Keng works with feel that he provides a sense of belonging and home to the individuals. Thank you for all that you do, Keng!
Jason Khang

"A positive attitude changes everything." Jason is one of the most positive persons you will ever meet. He greets everyone with a smile, a heart-felt 'hello, how are you?', and sometimes even a high-five. He encourages the individuals we serve to live happy, healthy lives. Jason builds trusting relationships with both staff and the individuals, and can be very influential in supporting an active lifestyle. His sincere approach goes a long way, and PTC is VERY happy to have him as a part of our team!
Basra Hagi-Sufi

Basra has been an absolutely wonderful addition to the staff at St Johns and to the whole organization of PTC. In handling her day-to-day job duties, Basra not only gets things done but goes above and beyond to serve the individuals she works with. It is clear that Basra is committed to the work she does and to the individuals she serves. From engaging with the guys-- asking questions, having conversations, and being active in the community-- to occasionally scrubbing a toilet or helping to clean dirty laundry, Basra is always willing to do what needs to be done for the well-being of the individuals she serves. She is motivated, intelligent, caring, and empathetic, and everyone have learned and benefited from working alongside her.
Jake Lewer

Jake has been a leader and wonderful leader at his Site. Jake has gone above and beyond to help with the transition process of our remote monitoring staff within the PTC community. Jake’s hard work and positive attitude is reflected in everything he does for PTC. He’s always eager to help out a fellow co-worker or client in need. This is reflected in all the positive feedback from people who have had the pleasure of working with him. Thank you for all your hard work and commitment Jake, PTC is lucky to have you as an employee!

She always has a smile on her face, and the positivity is contagious. The individuals we serve are always on the lookout for Emma, which says a lot. She is also a great team leader, and always offers her support. Emma, you are AWESOME!

Gina has been practicing, sharing, and teaching compassion here at PTC. All of the families and individuals who have had the luck in crossing her path have shared stories that demonstrate her knowledge and skills, but in particular, her compassion. She is eager to learn, and is always looking for ways to share her skills with others. Way to go Gina!!!

Moemen is an exceptional member of the Pathways Team! He compassionately serves the residents he works with day in and day out.
